What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel order we are here to help! You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing your order on our site.

What is your gift return policy?

Any items that are purchased as a gift can be exchanged for an available item of equal value or be returned for a store credit within 7 days of receipt of the gift order. 

**Items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging.**

 

I changed my mind, can I get a refund?

If you have placed your order and more than 2 hours has passed, you must return your item within 7 days of receipt of the order to receive a refund.

Can I return or exchange a sale item?

Yes, we will accept both a return and exchange on sale items.

 

What is your exchange policy?

Items may be exchanged for an available item of equal or lesser value and any remaining balance will be credited to a store gift card balance.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this time, we are only accepting orders from within the U.S. 

 

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?

Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes.
